I remember as a kid when jogging first came into vogue. It was the thing to do. And of course, the more popular it became, the more gadgets that people had to have for their jogging routine, including the outfits, the walkmans, you name it. Even advertising latched onto the jogging craze. Just about every commercial you saw had a jogger in it. Well, jogging isn’t the big craze that it once was, but the benefits of this great form of exercise are still there. That much hasn’t changed. In this article, we’re going to cover just some of the benefits of jogging. Hopefully, after reading this, you’ll be digging into your hope chest and getting out your old walkman once again.

A very good friend of mine lived with a long, difficult struggle with Anxiety disorder, and kept it a secret for quite a good portion of their life. It seemed that he was in a living hell, but over time he found very effective ways to over come his Anxiety and now lives a happy and normal life.
In hopes that this may raise awareness of this dreaded disorder. I want to educate and make aware you can control if not beat this disorder.
Did you know that according to the NIMH(National Institute of Mental Health) approximately 2.4 MILLION adult Americans suffer from some form of Anxiety or Panic Disorder.

There are many people in the world who can not stand where they work. Their occupation causes them no end of stress
and can leave them struggling to get to sleep at night. There are also many days taken off sick through stress related illnesses. It is now time for people to deal with these issues and to start to react in a more positive and proactive way.
In the past I have worked for companies whose employees have made my life unbearable. These so called colleagues were very bitchy, hanged around in various clans and would stab people in the back at regular intervals. At times I would even dread going to work and would feel sick whilst travelling to my office.

After all, there is no way to get away from stress these days, thanks to work, life, family, the economy, the state of the world, global warming, and an overabundance of people who are reminding you constantly about all of these. So, you’ve recognised that you are suffering from stress
and you want to do something about it … congratulations, you are now TWO steps ahead of most people and well on the road to recovery from dis-ease. These five easy steps will get you well on your way and give you some momentum to keep going as well as gearing your systems up for the challenge.
Step one : Remove the cause of the stress. It might seem obvious, but if your accelerator is stuck on the floor, it doesn’t only mean a lot of strain on the engine, it also means more wear on the clutch, gearbox and brakes, to name but a few. Once you sort out the accelerator, all this strain on other parts will go away by itself. Isolate the cause of your stress and remove it, the sooner the better.
