You probably know at least one person who snores. It could be your partner, parents, grandparents, or even Uncle Ed or Aunt Emma that makes that sawing wood sound. Some laugh and make jokes about it, but it can be a symptom of a serious disorder.
As you age, your tissues become looser and the decibel level leaps. By age 60, 60 percent of men become expert woodcutters every night. Once you are in the major leagues of snoring, you could be in deep trouble and the sooner you attempt to prevent snoring, the better it is for you.

It is believed that cane sugar was discovered before the birth of Christ. As early as 500 B.C., India was said to have a “reed which gives honey without bees. This reed would later become known as sugar cane.
The invasion of Arabs into India nearly 1,000 years later in 642 A.D. led to the spread of sugar cane to the rest of the world. The Arabs discovered sugar cane and learned how it was processed by the Indians. They brought the cane with them as they conquered much of Europe, introducing it to lands such as North Africa and Spain. For many years, however, the rest of Europe was stuck with honey, because sugar did not make it to the west until the crusades. The first record of sugar in England occurs in the year 1099.

Imagine a disease that lays eggs inside your lungs. These eggs do not produce discomfort or coughing, they don’t cause outbreaks or rashes or anything of the sort. In fact these eggs don’t do anything except sit in your lungs and germinate for 30 to 40 years. After this time you begin to have a slight cough, a fever, maybe some cold sweats. You write it off as the flu and continue as usual until it goes away. 3 weeks later the flu is back but this time you’re coughing up blood. You visit your doctor and hope he can prescribe something to kick this crazy flu. Your doctor runs a few tests and sends you home. A week later your brought into his office and he lays the devastating news on you…you have Mesothelioma a cancer of the lungs.
